Unofficial Fan Website Disclaimer

BO2 Emblem is an independent, fan-made creative tool and information website. It is not an official Activision or Call of Duty website.

No affiliation or endorsement

BO2 Emblem is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or operated by Activision Publishing, Inc., the Call of Duty franchise, or their owners, subsidiaries, and affiliates.

Nothing on this website should be understood as an official game service, official support channel, partnership, sponsorship, or representation that Activision has reviewed or approved the site.

Third-party trademarks

Call of Duty, Black Ops, Activision, and related names, logos, product titles, and marks are trademarks or property of their respective owners. References to BO2 and Black Ops II identify the historical game and emblem-editing topic discussed by the website; they do not claim ownership of those marks.

Original artwork and descriptive use

BO2 Emblem maintains its own website code, interface, brand mark, written tutorials, geometric templates, and original artwork. The template library does not intentionally include official game logos, interface assets, protected characters, celebrity portraits, team marks, or copied entertainment artwork.

The phrase BO2 Emblem Maker is used descriptively so players can find an independent planning tool and manual recreation information related to the layered emblem workflow.

No game connection or circumvention tools

BO2 Emblem does not connect to Activision or console accounts, request game credentials, inject emblem data, modify saves, synchronize accounts, distribute official game files, or provide cheats, hacks, copy glitches, or restriction-bypass tools.

PNG exports and BO2 Emblem project files are website references only. They cannot be imported directly into BO2. Build Guides describe a manual recreation process using shapes available to the player.
