By using EmblemForge, you agree to use the tool lawfully and accept the limits described below.
Permitted use
You may use EmblemForge to create, edit, and export original emblem artwork for personal or commercial projects, subject to the rights attached to any material you add. EmblemForge templates may be remixed into finished artwork, but the template library itself may not be republished or sold as a competing template collection.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You represent that you own or have permission to use uploaded images, names, and other material. You must not use the service to infringe copyright or trademark rights, impersonate others, distribute unlawful material, or evade protections in games or online services.
No game integration guarantee
EmblemForge exports images and project data. It does not connect to Activision accounts, modify game files, inject data into a game, or guarantee that an exported image can be imported into any specific game. Layer guides are informational references for manual recreation.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with third-party platforms. To the maximum extent allowed by law, EmblemForge is not liable for lost browser data, account actions by third parties, or claims arising from user-supplied content.
Changes
We may update features and these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
