Privacy Policy

This policy explains what EmblemForge processes, what stays on your device, and how advertising services may use data.

Last updated: July 11, 2026

Editor data stays local

Emblem designs, uploaded images, layer data, and exported project files are processed in your browser. EmblemForge does not upload canvas contents to its servers. Clearing browser storage may remove locally saved projects.

Do not use the editor as the only copy of important work. Export a project file or PNG when you need a durable copy.

Technical and analytics data

Our hosting provider may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and security signals. If analytics is enabled, we may measure anonymous events such as page visits, template opens, and export completion. We do not send canvas content, uploaded images, or typed emblem text to analytics.

Advertising and cookies

If Google AdSense is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to deliver, measure, and personalize advertising where permitted. Visitors in regions requiring consent will be shown a Google-certified consent management message before eligible advertising storage is used.

You can review or withdraw advertising choices through the privacy options link provided by the consent platform when advertising is active.

Contact and retention

Messages sent to our contact address are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain records, or meet legal obligations. We do not sell uploaded artwork or personal information.

Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@bo2emblem.online. This address must be activated by the site operator before public launch.
