Composition
Night Crest is a quiet shield emblem built from a crescent and navigation star. It favors negative space and symbol recognition over an armored multi-plate construction.
A gray border surrounds a smaller black shield. The broad crescent occupies the lower half, while three overlapping star pieces create a sharp light source above it.

Color decisions
The black field provides night, gray separates it from dark menus, gold carries the crescent, and silver-white belongs to the star. Keep the border neutral so the two symbols remain dominant.
