Composition
Satellite Signal is an original communication icon built around a blue dish, pale directional rays, a warm core, and one low mint base.
Nested circles establish the dish. A diagonal cream split creates its receiving surface, while four offset bars form a balanced orbit of broadcast rays.

Color decisions
Mint provides the field and base, blue holds the dish, cream signals transmission, orange marks the center core, and charcoal maintains the edge hierarchy.
